ARTPave™ Fog Seal
- Type of Pavement: Showing initial signs of ageing (oxidation) in form of minor cracks and/or used to stop raveling.
- Application Description: Light spray application of suitable Bitumen Emulsion on road surface.
ARTPave™ Rejuvenation Seal
- Type of Pavement: Showing signs of oxidation in existing pavement with minimal cracks and raveling.
- Application Description: Light spray application of suitable Bitumen Emulsion on road surface.
ARTPave™ Crack Seal
- Type of Pavement: Sections where cracking has formed and is wider than 3mm.
- Application Description: Sealing individual cracks using suitable Bitumen Emulsion and a Shoe Applicator.
ARTPave™ Scrub/Sand Seal
- Type of Pavement: Surfaces that are highly cracked and/or raveled and oxidized.
- Application Description: Sealing mass cracks using suitable Bitumen Emulsion sprayed and then scrubbed into the surface which may or may not include sand spreading.
ARTPave™ Chip Seal
- Type of Pavement: Poor skid resistant – crack developed (<6mm) pavements which may also be raveling.
- Application Description: Spray application of suitable Bitumen Emulsion/ Bitumen followed by 10-12mm aggregate spreading and rolling and brooming.
ARTPave™ MIcrosurfacing
- Type of Pavement: Poor skid resistant – crack developed (<6mm) pavements which may also be raveling.
- Application Description: Spray application of suitable Bitumen Emulsion/ Bitumen followed by 10-12mm aggregate spreading and rolling and brooming.
ARTPave™ Fibre Modified MIcrosurfacing
- Type of Pavement: Minute undulations and rutting with minimal cracking and raveling to provide a fresh riding surface.
- Application Description: Quick Setting Cold Mix Slurry designed with suitable Bitumen Emulsion for achieving high cohesion with Fibre.
ARTPave™ ScratchCoat
- Type of Pavement: Highly Block Cracked Pavements with large cracks and oxidized and/or raveled surface.
- Application Description: Fine Cold Mix Slurry application designed with suitable Bitumen Emulsion manually scrubbed into the cracks to fill the gaps. Typically followed by Microsurfacing.
ARTPave™ RutFil
- Type of Pavement: Rutted Surfaces ranging from 7-50mm deep ruts.
- Application Description: Cold Mix Slurry designed with suitable Bitumen Emulsion application in rut channels. Typically followed by a Microsurfacing.
ARTPave™ Cape Seal
- Type of Pavement: Cracked pavements (<6mm) with poor skid resistance and susceptibility to water/moisture ingress.
- Application Description: Chip Seal application followed by a Microsurfacing layer.
