During the development process of BE2000 Series, it was observed that for certain applications – especially for areas of high congestion top-surface courses, enhanced performance was desired. Greater strength in binding, more resilience to heat and more flexibility at low temperatures, better ductility and elastic recovery was the need.
ART then began modifying their Tailor-made Bitumen Emulsion Solutions with high grade polymers to allow the emulsions to achieve significantly better properties and deliver high performance.

BE3100 is a type of Polymer-modified Tailor-made Bitumen Emulsions (PMTMBE). This Emulsions conforms to IRC:SP:100.
BE3100 is typically used for enhanced performance for Cape Seal, Chip Seal and other applications of BE2000 Series purposes.
BE3200 is a type of Polymer-modified Tailor-made Bitumen Emulsions (PMTMBE). This Emulsions conforms to IRC:SP:100 and IRC:SP:81.
BE3200 is typically used for Microsurfacing purposes.
BE3300 is a type of Polymer-modified Tailor-made Bitumen Emulsions (PMTMBE) for Coloured Microsurfacing Applications. This Emulsions conforms to IRC:SP:100 and IRC:SP:81.
BE3300 is typically used when coloured Microsurfacing is required. The standard case for usage include construction of Cycle Tracks.
