PATCHEZEE

PatchEzee is an ART’s unique blend for Pothole Repair Mixes being manufactured since 2010. Patchezee application is done in layered form with each other layer having a maximum thickness of no more than 25mm at compaction. However, in case of compacting with rollers (for deep or big patches), we can compact the material upto 50mm in one pass. The material can be used in diverse range of conditions from rigid to flexible pavements. ART also recommends to steepen the walls of the product prior to filling; ideally the wall should be 90 degree.

  • It can be filled in wet potholes (using Set-in-Wet PatchEzee®) or, no need to take out water or to dry the pothole, just fill the pothole with PatchEzee®  and material will fixed in pothole filled with water by displacing the water.
